Not at all! This retreat is designed for all levels. Whether you have never touched a surfboard or a yoga mat, our instructors will guide you from the very beginning. If you are already experienced, we will provide advanced coaching and poses to match your level.
Save space in your luggage! We provide high-quality yoga mats, blocks, and straps for all our guests. Of course, if you prefer to practice on your own personal mat, you are more than welcome to bring it.
Our sessions are specifically tailored for surfers. We blend Vinyasa Flow to help build the core strength and balance needed for surfing, with Yin and Restorative Yoga to deeply stretch your shoulders, back, and hips after a long day of paddling.
Absolutely. This is your holiday! While we encourage you to join the daily schedule, if your arms are like noodles from surfing and you just want to sleep in or relax on the terrace with a book, there is zero pressure.
